Project Overview

For our Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) final project, I served as the UI Designer for the redesign of The Philippines Insider website—a destination guide platform that provides detailed information about tourist spots and institutions across the Philippines. The goal of the project was to enhance the site's visual appeal, usability, and overall user experience for travelers, professionals, and users seeking in-depth knowledge about Philippine destinations.

I used Figma to redesign the website’s layout and structure, focusing on improving visual hierarchy, color harmony, and user flow. Throughout the process, I evaluated the original site's style and color themes to better align them with the preferences of the target users. This project was completed under the supervision of Sir Jayrhom Almonteros, our course instructor, as a requirement for our HCI class.
