Project Overview

The Department of Budget and Management Human Resource Performance Management System (DBM | HR-PMS) Caraga is a government-regulated system that helps manage human resource and performance data of employees in public sector agencies, ensuring compliance with civil service rules and improving efficiency and transparency in HR processes. It allows administrators to manage users and their assigned agencies, track progress through a monitoring scoreboard, record accomplishments, and generate detailed performance reports.

As a student contributor, I worked on both front-end and back-end development tasks, particularly on the Agency Management module of the DBM-HR PMS, based on requirements and feedback from DBM Caraga staff. I used Vue.js for the frontend and Supabase for backend services and data management. I actively participated in regular coordination meetings with DBM Caraga staff and CSU senior developers, Sir Clark Justine Gonzales and Sir Giovanni Esma, to gather requirements and present development updates. This experience allowed me to apply my full-stack development skills in a collaborative, real-world government project setting.
